DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy
Updated:
Norge IPTV 4K takes copyright seriously. This page explains how to notify us if you believe material available through our service infringes your rights, and what happens after we receive your notice.
1. Our commitment to copyright
Norge IPTV 4K respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. The content in our service is delivered through licensed distribution partners, and we work continuously to ensure that everything we offer is properly cleared.
We follow the principles of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and also take the Norwegian Copyright Act into account. Notices of suspected infringement are handled promptly, thoroughly and in confidence.
2. How to file a notice
To help us process your notice quickly and correctly, it must be submitted in writing and include the following:
- Your full name and contact details: postal address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location of the material in question, preferably a direct URL.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. How we review notices
When we receive a notice, we first confirm that it has arrived. If anything is missing, we will tell you what we need.
We then assess the claim and investigate, involving our distribution partners where necessary. If the assessment supports it, we remove or disable access to the material in question as quickly as possible.
You will be informed of the outcome at the email address you provided.
4. A warning about false claims
Knowingly submitting false information in a notice or counter-notification can expose you to liability for damages. Only file a notice if you actually hold the rights in question or act under a valid authorisation.
If you are unsure whether a particular use amounts to infringement, we recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
5. Counter-notification
If material has been removed or blocked as a result of a notice, and you believe this was a mistake or a case of misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification.
It should describe the material, state where it appeared before removal, explain why you believe the removal was wrong, and include your contact details and signature. We will review it and restore access if there is no longer a basis for keeping the material down.
6. Where to send your notice
Send notices and counter-notifications by email to contact@norge-iptv-4k.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line, so your message reaches the right person without delay.
We normally confirm receipt within one to two business days.
7. Repeat infringers
We take repeated copyright infringement seriously. Where a user or partner is repeatedly linked to documented infringement, we may terminate the customer relationship or the partnership.
This applies in addition to any measures available under the relevant agreement and applicable law.
