NORGE IPTV4K

Terms and Conditions

Updated:

These terms form the agreement between you as a customer and Norge IPTV 4K (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of our service and website. By ordering a subscription you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

If anything is unclear, just ask — our support team is available around the clock in both Norwegian and English, on WhatsApp or by email.

1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the service, pricing or applicable rules change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest revision at the top.

We will give you reasonable notice of significant changes through the contact details you have provided. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated terms. Changes never apply retroactively to periods you have already paid for.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to order a subscription. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and entitled to enter into binding agreements under Norwegian law.

3. The service

Norge IPTV 4K offers IPTV subscriptions with access to 25,000+ TV channels and 120,000+ movies and series in HD and 4K, complete with a smart EPG (electronic programme guide) and catch-up TV. Content is delivered through licensed distribution partners.

The service works on all common devices, and activation normally takes only a few minutes once your order is confirmed. The content line-up may change over time, including as a result of changes at our distribution partners. We do not promise that any specific channel, league or programme will always be available.

4. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are ordered exclusively on WhatsApp. Our website has no online checkout, no user accounts and no card payment — the order, the payment method and delivery are all agreed directly in the chat.

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, from 129 kr (1 month, 1 device) up to 1,349 kr (12 months, 4 devices). There is no lock-in period. Current prices are listed on the website, and price changes never affect periods you have already paid for. All prices include VAT.

Your subscription is activated once payment has been received as agreed.

5. Free trial

New customers can request a free 24-hour trial — no payment card required and no strings attached. The trial ends automatically; there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged for it.

We reserve the right to limit trials to one per person or household, and to refuse or end trial access in the event of misuse.

6. Usage rights and sharing

Your subscription is for personal, private use within your own household. The number of devices that can stream at the same time depends on the plan you have chosen (1–4 devices).

You may not share your login details with people outside your household, and you may not resell, rent out or publicly screen the service without a separate reseller agreement with us. Doing so is a material breach of these terms and may result in your access being terminated without a refund.

7. Devices and network requirements

The service supports the following devices and platforms, among others (MAG boxes are not supported):

  • Fire TV
  • Android TV
  • Apple TV
  • Samsung (Tizen)
  • LG (webOS)
  • iOS and Android
  • Chromecast and Google TV
  • Formuler
  • Windows and Mac
  • Nvidia Shield

8. Streaming quality and data usage

You are responsible for having compatible equipment and a stable internet connection. Picture quality depends on your connection, network and device — 4K streaming requires considerably more bandwidth than HD.

Streaming consumes large amounts of data. Any data charges from your internet or mobile provider are your responsibility. For longer viewing sessions we recommend Wi-Fi or a wired connection rather than mobile data.

9. Use of VPN

The service does not require a VPN, but you are free to use one if you wish. Bear in mind that a VPN can affect speed and picture quality, and our support team may ask you to switch it off temporarily while troubleshooting.

10. Uptime and maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but no streaming service can guarantee completely uninterrupted operation. Brief disruptions may occur, for instance during maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control.

Planned maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic hours whenever possible. If you experience extended, continuous downtime caused by issues on our side, you may be entitled to compensation under our refund policy.

11. Intellectual property and copyright

All content available through the service — channels, movies, series and related material — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Content is delivered through licensed distribution partners, and IPTV is legal when the content is licensed.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to watch the content privately. You may not copy it, record it for redistribution, make it available to the public or circumvent technical protection measures. The Norge IPTV 4K name, logo and website content belong to Norge IPTV 4K or our licensors.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available at any given time. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost entertainment value from isolated interruptions, or for problems caused by your own equipment, your internet connection or circumstances beyond our control.

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you hold under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.

13. Cancellation and termination

There is no lock-in period. Your subscription simply runs until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew automatically unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. To continue, just order a new period on WhatsApp.

We may terminate your access with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these terms, such as reselling without a reseller agreement or other misuse of the service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises, we will always try to resolve it amicably first — get in touch and we will look at the matter together.

As a consumer you can also seek guidance from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts.
