Refund Policy
Updated:
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. That is why you can always test the service for free before paying, and why we operate a straightforward refund arrangement if technical problems arise that we cannot solve.
This policy applies in addition to — and never limits — your rights under Norwegian consumer law.
1. Try it for free first
Before you order, we recommend taking advantage of the free 24-hour trial — no payment card and no commitment. It lets you check the channel line-up, picture quality and stability on your own devices and your own network before spending anything.
The trial is the easiest way to avoid a purchase that does not match your expectations. Request trial access on WhatsApp and you will normally be up and running within minutes.
2. When are you entitled to a refund?
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund if the service suffers from significant technical faults caused by issues on our side, and our support team is unable to fix them within a reasonable time. Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period.
Refunds are not given for circumstances outside our control — for example faults in your own equipment, an unstable internet connection, unsupported devices (such as MAG boxes) or incorrect use of the service. Nor do we refund simply because the content line-up changes, as long as the service as a whole delivers what was agreed.
Always contact support first — we are available 24/7 in Norwegian and English, and the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly with a little troubleshooting.
3. How to request a refund
Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email with the following information:
- The phone number you used when ordering
- Which plan and period the order concerns
- A short description of the problem and when it started
- Anything you have already tried together with support
4. Processing time
We acknowledge your request promptly and handle refund claims on an ongoing basis. If your claim is approved, we refund the amount to the payment method agreed at the time of ordering, no later than 14 days after approval.
If we need more information to assess your claim, we will get in touch along the way.
5. Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) when buying from us at a distance. That right exists alongside this refund policy and is not affected by it.
To learn how the right of withdrawal works for digital services, which deadlines apply and how to exercise it, see our dedicated page: /en/right-of-withdrawal.
